A male toddler was yesterday found at the newspaper depot in Effurun, Delta State.
Esther Okafor, one of the newspaper distributors, told Sunday Vanguard : The girl who sells tickets to people saw the boy left naked in a water outside. The woman who owns one of the shops outside bought clothes for him.
The secretary of the Newspaper Distributors Union Effurun, Apkaitam Aniekan, said the union was yet to comprehend the development, saying no one really saw when the child was dropped within their premises.
